Requirements
Education: Any Bachelor's Degree
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying, Perform data entry
- Manage calendar for Admin Manager
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers
- Maintain office supplies for department
- Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
- Provide professional administrative support to recruiters
- Help prepare weekly reports and other projects as needed
- Ability to make independent decisions within the approved guidelines
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to write accurately and engagingly for a range of audiences.
- Good working knowledge of spreadsheet tools
- Review meeting notes to identify and escalate blockers
- Maintain and file applicant information
- Answer phones promptly and use good judgement to prioritize the distribution of messages
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls as needed
Responsibilities
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
