Requirements

• Understand and analyze data about businesses
• From US Securities & Exchange Commission
• From a feed of US stock prices
• Correlate the SEC information and the pricing information,
• Identify any data which is missing or inaccurate, based on patterns
• In order to work with other teams, to ensure gaps identified are filled

Responsibilities

• Facilitating and improving the financial practices and procedures within a company or organization
• Implement and adhere to the company
• Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data
• Find solutions to discrepancies by working with other employees and correcting any erroneous information or calculations
• Information relating to those companies, to ensure consistency with that company
• To discover newsworthy facts in the assigned financials and other business information, then annotate and link them
• Track expenses and revenues
• Budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations
• Prepare monthly consolidation and executive financial package
• Prepare Quarterly Operating Reports
• Assist in the budget & reforecast process
• Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system
• Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed
